Utility to update the firmware on the R837 to FW 1.500.
To check whether you need this firmware update:
1) Turn the R837 camera on and press the 'Menu/OK' button to access the menu.
2) Use the Up / Down arrow buttons to select the 'Help' menu then press Ok.
3) Use the Up / Down arrow buttons to select "About" then press Ok.
4) The current version of firmware will be displayed in the About information. If the current version of firmware is less than 1.500, then you may want to apply this firmware update.
Please Note:
This utility does not require the installation of the HP camera software; however, it may install a small camera driver to assist with the update.
Some utilities that capture device traffic from the USB bus may interfere with this utility. If you are running any such utilities, please disable them temporarily while this utility updates your firmware. |
